Trust Pharmacy only accepts MasterCard.
When you click on the «Complete your order» button, the data is transmitted to our processing center for a check. Then your credit card is charged. When the charge is approved by your bank, your order is considered approved. You will receive an automatical confirmation email sent to the email address specified by you.
If you placed an order and do not see a charge on your credit card. that means that Trust Pharmacy was unable to charge your credit card for some reason. To solve the problem, you should call your bank. Some banks do not allow international charges for reasons of safety. Also, make sure that you have entered correct CC information during checkout.
Keep in mind that it is 100% secure to give your credit card details on our site. We have taken the appropriate measures to protect your credit card info. We guarantee the highest level of protection. Our billing page is secured via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Our online order system uses advanced encryption technology.
Shipping
We currently use two shipping options:
- Regular Airmail delivery. (takes 2-3 weeks and costs $9.95);
- EMS Courier Delivery (takes 3-8 business days and costs $19.95. Keep in mind that this shipping option is not available in some countries.
You also have the opportunity to get free Regular Airmail shipping if your total order amount exceeds $200 and free EMS Courier Delivery if your total order amount exceeds $300!
Keep in mind that in some cases delivery may be delayed for a few days at customs the pharmacy is not responsible for. We make every effort to deliver your medications on time.
If you have some problems with the delivery, please contact us and we will try to solve them as soon as possible. Our customer care department is available 24/7 and is ready to help you at any moment.
If you received wrong, damaged or defective products or your parcel have not arrived, please contact us and we will resend your order free of charge and offer a refund.
Be informed that you cannot return medications since is prohibited by International rules.
