Trust Pharmacy is an independent online service for searching for drugs, dietary supplements and related medical products that are permitted for over-the-counter sales.

The information posted on this online service is used for reference only and is not intended for self-medication. This information should not create the impression that it is unnecessary to visit a doctor. Our store is not responsible for the harm to your health and/or other damage caused by the misperception and use of the information posted.

Information about prices and availability of drugs, dietary supplements and related medical supplies is compiled on the basis of data provided by the manufacturer that belong to independent organizations. They independently establish prices.

Prices in different pharmacies can vary considerably.

The pricing and availability information provided may differ from actual prices and actual availability in other services.

In order to make the search on the pharmacy assortment more convenient, we try to provide products with concrete images, descriptions and instructions for use. This material is collected by us from open sources and we always try to keep it in the most suitable form. However, packaging and descriptions may change over time, so that the appearance of the product in a pharmacy may differ from that shown in the pictures, as well as the description.

Responsibilities

Any losses that the User may incur in the event of an intentional or careless violation of any provision of this Agreement, as well as due to unauthorized access to the communications of another User, are not reimbursed by the Site Administration.

Administration of this site is not responsible for:

  • delays or failures in the process of the operation, resulting from force majeure, as well as any case of problems in telecommunications, computer, electrical and other related systems.
  • actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays associated with their performance.
  • the proper functioning of the website, if the user does not have the necessary technical means for its use, and also does not bear any obligations to provide users with such means.

Dispute resolution

In the event of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties to this Agreement, the main obligation before filing to the court is to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary dispute settlement).

The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of its reception.

If it is impossible to resolve the dispute on a voluntary basis, any of the Parties has the right to file to the court for the protection of their rights.

Any claim in relation to the conditions of website’s use must be filed within a period after the grounds for the claim have arisen, with the exception of the copyright protection of the website materials protected by law. In case of violation of the issues of these Terms and Conditions, any claim or grounds for a claim are canceled by limitation of time.

Additional terms

The online store and the services provided may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other work or for any other technical reasons. Our service has the right to periodically carry out the necessary preventive or other work with or without prior notice to the Customers.

The relations between the User/Customer and the Administration are subject to the provisions of the current legislation.

In case of questions and complaints from the User, he may contact the employees by email or other available means. The parties will try to resolve all disputes by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation.

The recognition of the invalidity of any provision of this Agreement by the court shall not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
