What does your online catalog contain?

Our online catalog contains either brand or generic medications. We offer meds from different drug categories. The drugs are produced by well-known Indian pharmaceutical companies. We constantly replenish our online catalog to make shopping online affordable for all.

What quality certificates do you have?

Our medications are approved by Indian FDA. They have undergone all mandatory clinical trials confirming their quality and effectiveness in different diseases’ treatment.

Are your drugs dispensed with a prescription?

We sell either prescription or over-the-counter drugs. If you decide to buy prescription drugs you should send us a prescription over email specified on the “Contact Us” page.

What are your shipping methods?

At the moment, we are able to send your parcel within two shipping options:

  • Airmail. The standard waiting time frame is 2-3 weeks. There are cases when the parcels are delivered faster.
  • EMS Courier Delivery. The waiting period lasts 3-8 business days. The tracking is possible.

Do you send parcels to PO boxes?

Yes, we do. The only notice is to enter the correct shipping data.

What about your payment options?

Currently, we accept only MasterCard. If you need some other payment option, please contact our customer care department. They will try to cope with this problem.

What should I do if the package was damaged during transportation and some products are missing?

Please contact our customer care department immediately. We will offer you a refund in the case when we are responsible for the damage of your parcel.

What is the shelf life of the products you offer?

The shelf-life is indicated on the blister. We try to replenish our stock with medications with the longest shelf-life period. If it expires soon you may buy this drug with a discount.

What are my options if I haven’t received my package yet?

Firstly, you should check the delivery time of your order (depending on the delivery option). Second, if you understand the period is expired already, you should contact our customer care department. We will cope with it offering you a refund or reshipment of your order free of charge.
